What kind of server do I need?
A VPS with 4GB RAM, 2 CPUs, PHP 8.2+, MySQL 8, Redis. We recommend Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or a managed Laravel host like Forge / Ploi.
Do you provide installation?
Free installation help is included on Extended and above. Regular tier includes documentation and screen-share support if you get stuck.
How does agency mode work?
Agencies can manage multiple creators under one account with a configurable revenue split (5-50% by default, admin-configurable). Includes a unified DM inbox, cross-creator stats, and a sub-team with role-based permissions.
Are updates free?
Regular gets 12 months of free updates. Extended and White Label get lifetime free updates.

What's your refund policy?
